8 Dumbbell Exercises With Equipment Substitutions



Alternating Dumbbell Curl With Resistance Band:

Instead of using a set of dumbbells, you can use a resistance band to perform alternating curls. To do this exercise, tie a band around your ankles and loop it around your waist. Lie down on the ground with the palms flat on the floor and shoulder-width apart.
